“This class was so fun and informative! Christina was amazing and really helped us to understand and complete each step of the process. Even though the class was long, it flew by! We were able to take home a lot of very delicious chocolate.”
“Amazing class. The worst part of a cooking class is when the instructor demonstrates something you know how to do (“let’s chop this onion”) then sends you back to your station to do it (“okay not chop the onion”). This class breezes through demo portions and flies by.”
“This was an excellent class, one of our favorite “cooking classes” we’ve done. Very little downtime which made the time fly. It was so unique to take the beans all the way to a finished bar through a variety of grinding, processing and refining. Amazing time, highly recommend.”
