The Chef was very kind, but his timeline for the class was off. He demoed most of the process (making the dough, cooking the sauce, making the filling, rolliing out the dough) when we jumped in to ask if maybe we should start to make the dough since it would have to sit for 30 minutes. Once we got going, it was fun. The work group I came with enjoyed the experience and we got to eat the finished product which came out pretty well. I would want to try another class in the future and recommend taking a group cooking class- all who attended felt it was a neat team building event.
