“Loved this class! First off the class was held in a lovely little working bakery, so it had a great vibe. Jacklyn the owner of the bakery was the instructor and couldn’t have been nicer and more hospitable. She was organized, systematic and very clear with instructions throughout the process, but didn’t mind pausing to answer questions and help people who needed assistance. I left feeling that I will have no problem going home and replicating the recipe and looking forward to trying additional versions.
