“It was my first time taking a class at LA Cooking School. I was happily surprised to find they offered a class on the cast iron skillet. The class had excellent instructions and very informative. I learned a couple of new techniques including making garlic paste and how to make kale. Everything was set up for us and we had partners to help prepare the ingredients. It was well organized and clean environment. You can tell everyone that work there were passionate about us learning. I really enjoyed my new skill and eating a steak dinner!”
