“The galette class was excellent. Chef was incredibly thoughtful in the lesson, picking the best ingredients and telling us the background of each. We had 3 people in class, so there was a lot of attention. He provided pointers and tips on techniques that are easily translated to home baking.
The galettes turned out incredibly well and learned a lot from the class. I will be looking to take additional classes at this location and or this instructor.”
