“Excellent class, Chef James taught us a lot about the techniques to make both the sauce and gnocchi and also prepared a bright zesty salad and cheesecake dessert for the group dinner at the end of class. The class taking place at his home is so unique and it was fun talking to the other guests. The class size is small. 7 total students. Had a great time and will bring family and friends to try James’s other classes.”
