Rebecca was very knowledgeable and explained the science behind certain techniques, which was so helpful for understanding how to make better drinks at home. And of course, the cocktails were absolutely delicious and so unique!! Rebecca also made the whole process easy—she was flexible, communicative, and kind, and she took the time to talk about what we were hoping to get out of the class.
