Common sense knife skills for most applications for the home cook. I have so many things to practice when I get home. The soup we made together was also delicious!

It was a fun and informative hands-on class. Chef Olive and Chef Kevin were fantastic instructors and made the 3 hours go by fast. The collective soup we made with the class at the end came out delicious!

We took this class as a foundational class to learn more about cooking, and it was great for that! We learned about how to purchase and maintain knives, various skills to utilize, how to be safe in the kitchen, and even some tips on how to better use difficult vegetables. The location was spacious but cozy, and the instructor was very engaging.
