“My wife and I really enjoyed this class right after New Years! We ended up having a smaller class size, which was nice for us because we're not super experienced cooks, so we got a chance to work with the chef pretty closely. The facility is very well stocked, clean, and laid out conveniently for a class. You get a lot of hands on experience with this class and the chef was good about explaining the techniques and the reasons behind them. The food ended up being very tasty as well so it was a win-win experience. I recommend this class to anyone looking to become more familiar with Tuscan cooking and who has some cooking experience.”
