“Dan and Donna are a fun and friendly couple. Prior to the class, they gave me a heads up on the local traffic condition due to a local event. Soon after I arrived, Donna welcomed me with a glass of wonderful coffee which is perfect way to start the class. We set outside while Dan shared his coffee roasting journey including his success, failure, and tips before the hands on experience. They got all the equipment and materials ready to go. No prior prep required. I left with some raw beans, my own roasted beans, and additional ones done by Dan and Donna. The overall is experience is wonderful. I am ready for my own coffee roasting journey! :)”
