Eric did an excellent job of explaining each cocktail in context of its history and why the ingredients work well together, followed by clear and effective instruction. Also, it was easy to prepare for class with my timely box of tools and ingredients, plus a simple list of what to bring. This class certainly upped my game and I so appreciated Eric's fun energy and professionalism. I also received a nice follow-up email with a large list of classic cocktails and their ingredients which is likely how they prepare them at his eponymous bar.
