“This was an amazing class. The chef was spectacular. His attention to detail and demonstration was impactful. I left that class confident that I could recreate the dumplings, summer roles and cookies with no issues.”
“A friend won the class at a silent auction and invited me to attend with her. It was so much fun. We did the Asian Dumpling and Dim Sum ClassBento. Oliver was a great teacher. He and Armando were so friendly. Oliver's instructions were clear and easy to follow. We made cookies, 6 kids of dumplings/dim sum, scallion pancakes and rice spring rolls. This lesson made me understand that I could make these dishes at home and I will. I plan to sign up for more classes. It was an enjoyable way to spend a Saturday afternoon.”
“The teacher was fun, even if his dumpling skills were just OK. We made dumplings (5 kinds), scallion pancakes, sesame cookies, and spring rolls. The food was good and drinks and wine were provided.
I wish we had gotten to actually do more of the workand take more food home with us, but I can see it being difficult for the 3 hour class. This would be fun for a beginner level or for someone who doesn't care , much about the cooking and just wants a fun date or friend night. We had a great time.”
“So much fun! Chef Jenny and Monica were very friendly and attentive. They created an atmosphere where everyone was relaxed and it made for an enjoyable time had by all. They did a great job of explaining things…we made dumplings, spring rolls, dim sum and scallion pancakes, I actually think I can make dumplings now and I’m not really a cook, my husband is the chef of the family.”
