“Francesco and Ivan are excellent teachers and great at focusing on the basic, safe way to hold the knife, make slim julienne cuts and do dicing, etc. We prepared a minestrone, pesto, and ratatouille for salmon in papillote to use all our learned cutting techniques. There was also time to make a dessert- peach and strawberry galette. Though the class ran over since there a lot of students tonight, the pace was great and the meal was delicious. Lovely space too!”
