“Dona was fantastic! The class was so much fun. It’s a small kitchen, which makes for a much more intimate, personal experience versus some of these giant commercial kitchen classes with one or two instructors for 25 people. There were 6 of us and we all got to get hands on with every step. One of the ingredients for the miso soup was unavailable (not the instructor’s fault, the store ran out!) so Dona pivoted and taught us how to make this fantastic smashed cucumber salad. This whole night was a 10/10 experience and I’d absolutely do another class with Red Inside Culinary.”
