“My teacher was lovely! I loved all the techniques she shared, which really made it feel like I was learning rather than just following a recipe. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that when we arrived, our reservation wasn't noted, we got placed in the only group of four, and we took home fewer pastries. Not the end of the world, and I know it says we can be put into a group of up to four, but it did feel like, because they didn't have our reservation, we were placed in that group. Otherwise, I would highly recommend!”
