We missed the class because there are two hotel locations with same name and we went to the wrong one. 2 hours to drive into the city and 2 hours home. No cheese.

Booked seats in the mozzarella & burrata class for my best friend’s birthday. This class was very low impact and approachable, especially for beginners! Our instructor, Carolyn, was very personable and gave very clear direction and demonstration. This is a fun first cooking class.

This was a terrific class that I would highly recommend. The curd, which makes the cheese, was high quality. The explanation how to make the mozzarella and burrata was step by step with continuous observations at each table. There were about 20 people at this event and no one ever felt excluded nor was it ever hard to get instructor, Carolyn Montgomery's, attention. Overall, 10/10 experience. Go!!
