“While we've had a great time with Class Bento in general and the classes with Kraft Stories themselves are fine, we've done several events through Kraft Stories lately and we've had a challenging experience. We've had to initiate the follow up for the shipments, tracking and join link for each of our recent experiences. Today the vendor arrived to the meeting 12 minutes into the meeting. These experiences cause me to point our team to other experiences on the platform.”

Then, My class was canceled. Was told I would be sent a class recording so I could complete my project. Requested video several times and still have not received. Was told it was sent and to check my email. Nada, never received. What a waste of money”
