She is not only an exceptional mentor but a gentle guide who made the entire tea experience unforgettable.
We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and Marlene went above and beyond to make it feel special. Her kindness, knowledge, and genuine passion for tea made the whole session feel intimate and joyful. We learned so much and felt deeply cared for, it was truly the highlight of our day.
As a South African, I was overjoyed to find teas from home included in the selection. It brought such a comforting and nostalgic touch to the experience, like a warm hug from across the world.
