“I booked this as a birthday activity for a group of friends, and we had a blast! The class was so much fun and the tips that the instructor provided were very useful as we worked on our individual rugs. We appreciated how helpful each of the staff members were, who even gave us tips on how to further refine our rugs at home (since some of us had more complicated designs that couldn't be completed in the alloted time). I'll definitely be back and recommending to my friends!”
“It was my first time ever rug tufting, and I enjoyed it so much!
I went with my friend and they accomodated our request to sit next to each other. The projectors did keep bugging out, but they had multiple and were very responsive about helping everyone with technical issues. You connect to their WiFi and screenshare from your phone to the projector by connecting to it (each one has a different name, physical label printed on projector).
If there isn't a yarn color in the boxes that you see on the yarn wall, you can ask for them to get you some from the back! It happened with a few popular colors and they were super helpful with preparing new skein of yarn (making sure it's not tangled) so it's a smoother process when you thread it in the tufting gun.
Our teachers were kind, explained everything thoroughly, and tried their best to go around to each individual who had questions about their projects.
They're also very patient and help you if you get a little nervous about a step (they helped me with the shaving part because I'm rather slow).
I tufted my dog because it was her gotcha day! Granted, they didn't have the exact colors, but it turned out rather nicely.
Would definitely recommend this class to others!

Only downside is people came in very late, nearly an hour late, and it pulled from attention of teacher and other staff, so there wasn’t a great flow when it felt like you had to wait for late people to get their help
You’d already gotten, they’d be on step one and we’d be on step three, so that was dumb, but I don’t blame the teacher, otherwise class was cool.”

“The rug tufting class was great! We were shown how to use the tufting gun, and that was the only direct instruction that was needed. From there, you draw your design and start tufting! The process was only 3 hours for my friend and I, but I’ve seen other reviews saying it took them up to 6 hours. I’m sure it depends on intricacy and size since we did the smallest one!”
