During the class, William walked us through every step of the process, from sourcing to brewing, and shared insights that made the whole experience eye-opening and inspiring. The class was fun, engaging, and left us with a deeper appreciation for what goes into a great cup of coffee. On top of that, their regular menu items are fantastic, some of the best coffee we’ve had in the city!
