“This class was incredibly informative. We learned how different methods affect the taste of coffee and which flavors are enhanced during the roasting process. It really helped me understand why coffees can taste so different from one another. My husband and I had a lot of fun, and we got to taste some really great coffee while learning the pour over technique. We left with a new appreciation for the craft of making coffee. I highly recommend taking this class if you enjoy coffee or want to learn more about it!”
