“This was a wonderful experience that was throughly enjoyed! It is a workshop/self guided learning environment that really allows you to experiment and develop drinks that are suited exactly to your own tastes. You can try combinations of things without the risk of buying a whole bottle of something and not liking it. The space is also very cleverly utilized and creates a wonderful atmosphere. Overall a great experience and would definitely take this workshop again in the future!”
“A fun filled adventure of drink inventing. While there are recipes you can use or rift off of, the real fun lies in the huge selection of ingredients to explore. The teacher encouraged everyone to embrace the unknown and try novel combinations. She was happy to make suggestions and assist with finding ingredients, but really let participants create at will. Consider this a fun playground rather than a step-by-step how to class. It was great for both beginners and aficionados as well as our mixed-age group. We'll be back to do it again and bring friends!”
