“Cat is extremely engaging and knowledgeable. Apparently there is classical Kisugi and a more modern form of it, which is a little bit less complicated and time-consuming and more popular I think these days. We had such a lovely time started with some dropping in and being present and then onto the process which I found very meditative and satisfying.
Cat was a great teacher can’t recommend it enough”
“My wife and I took Kat's Kintusgi class and we loved the experience. Kat was very knowledgeable (having been trained by a master), and her instruction was very hands on and informative. She provided everything needed, but we brought our own broken bowls. We LOVED the end result and we are very happy with the outcome and super thankful for taking this class. I will also be getting her Kintsugi Home kit so we can break more stuffs and make them better haha.”
“We celebrated our friend’s birthday with Kat’s kintsugi class, and it was a truly beautiful experience. What we loved most was how intentional the entire process felt—Kat was patient and thoughtful as she guided us through every step. Our pieces turned out amazing, and we genuinely enjoyed learning about the history and philosophy behind kintsugi. I highly recommend Kat’s class to anyone looking for a meaningful and creative experience.”
“For my wedding, a guest had gifted my wife and I a unique plate and in my clumsiness, I dropped and shattered it during our move. In my journey to redeem myself, I discovered Kat’s class and lucked out with a small group class on a Monday afternoon. Kat was exceedingly helpful, answering all our questions and explaining concepts in a thoughtful manner as well as assisting me with the more advanced parts of the repair. 10 out of 10 would recommend.”
“Fantastic experience! We were looking for a noteworthy experience to celebrate our wedding anniversary and this was it! Kat was an amazing instructor and moderator. A great group of people- it was nice to meet and share.”
“Kat is exceptional. She makes the class informative but fun, grounding and inspiring. Not only is it a wonderful experience, but you take home real, meaningful art. I highly, highly recommend this class (and have already recommended it directly to several friends).”
“Kat did a great job leading the class. Kintsugi seemed intimidating at first but because Kat’s instruction the whole class was super fun and enjoyable! Five stars”
