My wife and I had a great time with Kristi making pies! We will do it again. I liked that my cooking assignment was very easy to follow. And I also liked trying spices and sugars that we were unfamiliar with before. Also, the teacher demonstrating each step was great!

Excellent class. The best instructor was very in gaging and explained her process in a wonderful manner. She answered a lot of questions. I'm in my 60,s and have been baking all my life. I am shocked at the number of things I can do better. Great interactive class. Watched her make pie crust as savory pie and a super delicious bourbon pie with a special brown sugar. Beyond excellent. We then each made our own pie to bring home. I brought my daughter who is a beginner and with instructions from the instructor her pie turned out nicer than mine. Loads of fun learning about new tools such as the French rolling pen which I immediately purchased for both of us.

Kristi knows her stuff and explained things simply in addition to providing detailed recipes of everything she baked. The class was well presented and the whole evening was well organized. Thank you!
