“The class was fantastic! Our teacher, Sandro, was incredibly kind and explained very detail every step involved in preparing the delicious ramen dish. He checked each table to ensure that everyone was comfortable and that the recipe was being followed correctly. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. This is definitely recommended!”

“Underwhelming experience. The class was inefficient and should not have taken two hours, and the instructor seemed unprepared, particularly in delivering the speech. The venue and set up looked quite cheap, lot of plastic materials. And the materials appeared unsanitary—when we asked to replace a cutting board that looked dirty, we were told it was just an “old carrot stain” and that it was fine, which was just really unappetizing. The ramen also didn’t feel authentically Japanese; although described as Tonkotsu Ramen, it was essentially Chicken Katsu Ramen with an MSG-based broth. I would not recommend this class to anyone at this price.”
