“Similar to the last review, my class was cancelled after the kits were sent out. I was not given an opportunity to reschedule or switch to a different class. The customer service response was that the cost of the class was only for the kit. However ON THE WEBSITE it allows you to buy a box and under it says "
Your recipient chooses the date", pick a date or book a group class. This IMPLIES this class is meant to be done with a live session. If ClassBento didn't want to refund all the classes, then say so but don't gaslight me. It was an an excuse. The "partial refund" we were given was $10 which the class is over $100 so that is a bit insulting. I am salty about this experience and there is nothing I can get for $10. I worked my whole weekend schedule to not be away for the weekend to attend this class that didn't happen. I was notified via email without given any alternatives. The whole reason I took this class was because it was a live class. The benefit is being able to ask the instructor questions, otherwise this is no different then me buying other kits from a less pricy place and watching a YouTube video. I was extremely disappointed with the class getting cancelled but I will say the customer service on ClassBento is quick to respond. The kit was already being delivered and the kit is high quality.”
