“Am glad there are compostable bags out there for folks to use. In my house, we only use glass containers, except when we freeze things which is where the compostable bags are useful. The challenge will be getting folks to use them rather than regular, not compostable plastic ones, which really need to be taken off the market because they are so dangerous for the environment. Profit in the short term is not an excuse for products dangerous for the envitonment.”
