“Love these and will keep using them. The claim of 100 percent plastic free packaging is misleading though. The box is paper based but the sheets contained within the box are in a ziplock type plastic bag. I assume this is to prevent the product from disintegrating in a moist environment like a laundry room but it was a disappointing irony nonetheless to discover when I opened my first pack. I'll continue to use them as they still use much less plastic than anything on the store shelves but it would be great to see another option like a reusable silicone bag or something being offered and make them truly plastic free.”
“Did several washes using your product and I was MOST disappointed that the FRESH smell on the sheets did NOT transfer to the clothes after the rinse cycle. I might as well have used the scent-free because as soon as water hit the sheet, there was no more delightful, clean, fresh smell. The clothes seemed clean enough, but none of my wash was anything but needing refreshing and I don't feel I got that. I will keep what I have ordered (6 boxes because to return them would be more of a hassle that I don't need in my life right now), but I won't be reordering and I won't be recommending. I think this product is OVERpriced and OVERadvertised and UNDERwhelming.”
