“The detergent does the job and I like the box that it comes in but when they ship it, they use a plastic bag and they wrap it in bubble wrap. This is totally unnecessary and defeats the purpose for most people being this product, which is reducing plastic usage. I emailed them and asked them not to ship it to me that way but I just received my order and it was shipped again in plastic bubble wrap and a plastic bag. Very frustrating. Customer Service is limited to email and they did not really understand my complaint, I believe.”
“My sheets smell wonderful after a wash with Earthwash. My only complaint is took so long to get here. I believe it was on a slow boat from China. Disappointed that it's not made in America. It took 6-8 weeks to get here.”
