“When I notified Earthwasd ocean breeze that the packaging on my order was torn and muddy and that one box was missing they immediately apologized and notified me that they would send a free box to replace the one taken by someone or just lost in packaging between the factory and to me. Now that’s good customer relationship. The product itself smells nice and knowing it’s environmentally friendly is a plus. No more plastic jugs in the landfill.”
