“I ordered three of the Soapsy. I love two of them, one in kitchen and one in bathroom. However, one of them in my other bathroom does not work. It hardly comes out, I changed the batteries and put water and a tablet in but still does not work like the other teo”
“I had a pretty hard time removing the top of the refill bottle. I was afraid to turn it as stated in the instructions because it wasn't round but rectangle in shape. I finally took a knife and cut the circular part on the middle so I could put water in it. Other than that, it works fine.”
