“We have recently constructed a 40,000 gallon natural swimming pool/pond based upon a design by, the now closed, Total Habitat. As part of that design we have included a filter, UV sterilizer and a copper ionizer. Initially we filled the pond to test for leaks though the power hadn't been run to the pump house. During the interim period the water naturally started to develop some algae growth which we addressed with either an algicide or blue dye. However, once we had power and were able to activate the ionizer it was shocking how quickly the water cleared up. Things had noticeably improved within 24 hours and within 4-5 days is was incredibly clear. We did have an issue with the controller unit and submitted to technical support for assistance. The response was really prompt and thorough, directing us to try a series of trouble shooting steps. Once it was confirmed there was an issue with the unit, the response from Mike was an example of how you wish customer service was everywhere. No hassles, prompt, super fair and understanding. I am very happy with the product and would buy from them again.”

“I was just able to get the system up and running yesterday. The ease of install is great. Really like that you just have to unscrew the module to replace. In another ionizer, that i had on a previous pool, you have to remove the module from the piping and add a new one. The controller has a good quality feel to it and so far so good. I will know more in a week. This was added to a new 24' (54" H) round aboveground pool.”
