I originally ordered the Clear Blue system in 2020. Unfortunately the original panel wore out within a couple of years where the numeric digits could not be read. I still had all my receipts and I contacted the company under warranty. They had me ship my unit to them, and they sent me a new one. This latest one has lasted a couple of years and still seems to be in good shape. I like the system as an alternative to a salt water filter. I wish the components were a cheaper (i.e. copper insert costs $125 every 2-3 years) but overall, I am satisfied with this system and the customer service.

I used Clear Blue to replace a salt water chlorinator which had failed me twicw costing a great deal of cash in replacements. Clear Blue has not failed me in the first year of use and my water remains crystal clear with but the minimum amount of chlorine additive each week, I rate the product very highly indeed.

Very happy with the Clear Blue system. Much easier to maintain than the salt system we had. And less expensive. Win win. Doesn’t happen often today.

Do you have a salt chlorinator? No
I’ve had a ClearBlue mineral ionizer system for two seasons in my conventional in-ground chlorine swimming pool. Some years ago, I’d learned about the use of ionizers in organic swimming ponds, one of which I’d constructed myself at a former rural home. After moving to a suburban home with pool, I hadn’t known that the mineral ionizer concept had become available for conventional swimming pools. Upon learning of this, I decided to try a ClearBlue and I must say that I’m impressed and very satisfied with its performance compared to the amount and frequency of chemicals I had to use in the past. The ClearBlue has significantly helped keep the water balance and clarity ideal over extended periods of time with minimal intervention resulting in significantly less amounts of chemicals to be added, especially shock chlorine...and more importantly, less of my time spent maintaining. A good product that I recommend.

The clear blue mineral system is a straightforward system to use just set the rating of how much minerals need to be placed in the pool and let it run all summer long. It’s that simple.

I have have had the ClearBlue system in operation for the past two summers. It has operated perfectly, no issues whatsoever. No chemicals with the exception of One 3" chlorine puck every1-2weeks in a floating dispenser. Great product.
