“I had my own homebuilt hangboard before buying the Metolius, and the large choice of holds and their ergonomic design was my reason for buying it and I was not disappointed. I still use mine too, when I want to train on crimpers that hurt, just to help toughen my fingers on painful crimps. As this board doesn’t bruise my fingers as much, I can squeeze more training days in per week.”
