“I bought these in a Euro 38, which is my street size. Out of the box the colour and quality are fantastic. They performed well bouldering and lead climbing indoor, although I had to switch to softer shoes to stand on volumes on slab. These shoes are very stiff with a solid toe which makes them good for edging. They are not trad climbing comfort shoes due to the asymmetrical toe, but they perform well on small foot holds. Pros – comfortable, stiff, good rubber, lovely colour, easy adjustment due to laces. Cons – The eco leather does not breathe well, leading to very sweaty feet, the stiff sole makes smearing difficult, and the asymmetry makes foot jams uncomfortable. Good for – edging, slab with small foot holds, heel hooks, and the stiff sole gives good support to toes. Bad for – jamming, smearing, toe hooks.”
