“The product quality was excellent. What I was not 100% happy with was the ordering process. I asked for and agreed a sample of melamine veneered MDF. However, due to unusual sizes I needed I sent measurements in to be sure it could be done which was confirmed. I then had to fill in an order on the site. At this point I managed to go to the wrong page and ordered the veneered board by mistake. Of course I accept that at the end of the day this was my mistake. However, given the dialogue that had occurred between myself and the company I feel more could have been done by the company first of all to prevent this mistake and secondly some sort of offer on pricing to allow me to reorder at a discounted price on the melamine product.”
