“Well, it's a replacement gasket so not much to be said. The customer service from Coffee Parts, however, was really good. They responded super quick, even on a Saturday and Sunday, and were able to help me add a forgotten item to an existing order which saved me $10 delivery, so thanks. The delivery was also super quick. I ordered on a Saturday and I think it was delivered on the Tuesday - awesome! Looking forward to the next time my machine breaks down so I can deal with them again!”
