“Doesn't take long to work out how to use this product - I found it most helpful to Google search how to fold Chemex filter papers (there's at least on YouTube video) rather than rely on their instruction sheet - the coffee produced using the Chemex was very nice indeed - very clean and no fine grounds in it at all and no bitter taste. I have 2 cups of (normally) plunger coffee a day and so now using the Chemex I make enough in the morning for 2 cups (one at breakfast and one at lunchtime) and this way I only use one filter paper per day. Separately, I ordered a Fino Pour Over type stainless steel kettle from Amazon Australia (it's coming from overseas though) at a very good price (around $AU24 and with free postage) but this has yet to arrive. At the moment I'm using my existing traditional style kettle and being very careful with how I pour the hot water over the ground coffee beans in my Chemex until my Fino kettle arrives.”
