“The WPM protean is an excellent machine to complement a two-group coffee machine on a coffee cart. It allows my milk barista to handle rapid service and multiple milk types easily, as well as keeping pressure off the coffee machine during high demand periods. It is easy to set up, easy to configure, has alerts for water volume so it's easy to use. The milk it produces is a great consistency for flat whites and lattes. It can do foam for caps and hot chocs if you have the right milk level in the jug, but we found best to use the wand on the coffee machine for that.”
