“I like it. It is. I like it. It is slightly heavier than my previous easy to fold stroller but it seems to be more sturdier and shows more quality type of material. My 4 month old baby likes it. I only used it few times outside the house as I just recently bought it. I am hoping it would last me for years. Things I would love to see changed: reclining mechanism to be with a push of a button that would have several settings and be accomplished single handedly. I would love to see it a little wider and compartment for a diaper bag to be roomier. I would also love to see it come with a mosquito net included. Also, something needs to be modified so that when you walk with stroller right in front of you, you would not hit the brake bar. Otherwise, absolutely love the brakes easy to lock/unlock. I would definitely recommend this stroller.”

“Awesome. This stroller is perfect, it is smooth and light weight, traveled with it to Hawaii from California and it made it a breeze bc its was easy to carry. Just make sure the crotch and shoulder straps are firm on baby so they dont slouch in the seat”

“Get on Amazon instead. I’ve been waiting for my compact stroller set nearly a month. Only to get toyed around by this company when it comes to giving me a refund for a product that hasn’t even shipped from their warehouse. Insane how many influencers on social media support this company and push people to go out and buy this stroller when this is how they handle costumers. It’s been nothing but being avoided and I would recommend steering clear of a company that has no idea when products should arrive or accurately explain on their website that their products clearly take over a months time to even ship. Ridiculous! Get on Amazon!”

“Good luck getting it. My stroller is 3 weeks late to arrive. Apparently colugo has shipping and logistics issues with the ports. While they send a mass email offering to help as they worked through this issue, they were indeed no help at all. For multiple days over a week period, I contacted customer service as the tracking information went stale and I had purchased the stroller for an upcoming trip. Each time they couldn’t give me an answer except “fed ex hasn’t been able to come pick it up”. When i asked for them to overnight the stroller a few days before my trip they said “it might still get there.” I emailed today to ask what happened as there was still no update on tracking and I am leaving tomorrow, they replied “great news! It will arrive next week! ” . Horribly frustrating customer service experience.”

“Almost 2 Months & No Stroller. The title says it… it has been almost 2 months and no stroller yet. I ordered one because I would get my stroller way before my trip. This stroller was not “out of stock” when I ordered it. My trip is in 3 days. No stroller. Two weeks ago, I contacted a Colugo representative asking where the stroller is because I’ve received no updates. They said I should’ve received an email from Ted explaining what happened. I checked and no email from Ted. Representative said they’ll refund. Next day, I get an email from Ted saying I’ll get it before my trip. Tracked my package and it’s on route to make it. Whew, good news and I won’t ask for a refund. Well, it is 4 days past the day I’m supposed to receive it. I just got off the phone with a FedEx representative and he said that a shipping label was created but NO physical item is there to be shipped! I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency from this company. I can’t even give a review on this stroller because there is no stroller to review.”

“I like but not love. Pros: -really is lite and easy to fold and unfold -shade extender is clutch -you can lay them back almost fully so easy to sleep in -the back fabric can be lifted up which reveals netting to allow for more airflow when it’s hot -soft lining that’s machine washable -cute and fashionable Cons: -can only really go on paved roads, even crushed stone is hard to push it through. The way it’s designed too you can’t modify the wheels. -the friggin clasp requires all three parts to be aligned to fasten which can be challenging when their moving -the straps are kind of awkwardly positioned which admittedly could be my fault bc it’s challenging to get the liner back on and so maybe I reinstalled it wrong”
