Customer service is the worst! I’ve been asking for a return label because the stroller doesn’t work for my daughter and they have been ignoring me. The stroller was delivered last week and I am supposed to be in the 100 day free trial but that is a lie! They don’t honor what they offer!!

TL;DR: Great compact stroller! Loves: Ideal for on-the-go, perfect size for us, great maneuverability, excellent customer service. Meh: Buckle takes some getting used to & adjusting the recline is meh.  COMPETITIVE STATS: - meets the highest child weight limit on the market (55 lb) - was the heaviest stroller we considered (16.1 lb) - priced 15-35% less than comparable styles on the market THINGS WE WANTED & WHAT THE COMPACT OFFERED: For Us: - one handed collapse: yes - intuitive place to grab / lift once folded: yes - adjustable handle height: no (my husband is 6'4") - fit in overhead bin: yes (according to specs, but I have not taken it on a plane yet) - travel bag included: yes  - generous storage basket: yes (according to reviews); sorta (according to me :) )  For Baby: - calf rest: yes - recline: yes LOVES: - Overall dimensions: great! it is so much more compact than our uppababy vista and is our go-to stroller for errands and car trips. the size is perfect - it even fit in our front seat comfortably during our road trip last weekend, when our car was packed to the gills - Maneuverability: great! makes great tight turns, and can squeeze through narrow spaces in stores.  - Ride: good. I am a bit picky here, so I don't know if any stroller would ever get more than a "good" rating from me. I noticed it was a bit bumpy/wobbly feeling, but my husband pointed out that the brake has to be COMPLETELY released (press down on it firmly), or else it wobbles the front wheels a bit.  - Cleaning: I have not washed any of the components yet, but I do LOVE that this is one of the few (possibly only?) option I looked at that had a fully removable and machine washable seat. That is so important to me, so I'm really happy that it's an option.  - 100-Day Trial: This is what sold me on going with the Colugo. So many things for your baby/family need to be actually used to know if it will simply work for your family, AND with so many baby stores no longer being around in person, it is a real risk to spend several hundred dollars on something that may not be the right fit. To me, this meant that Colugo actually cared about gaining customers by offering the opportunity to try them out. All customer service interactions I've had with them to date have been excellent, quick, and exceeded expectations. This aspect is definitely what will make me proactively recommend Colugo to others.  CRITIQUES: My critiques are minor!  - Buckle: I knew going in that the magnetic buckle is something that isn't universally loved - and I still struggle with it, but it has been getting easier each time. And, the magnet then makes it SUPER easy to then buckle them IN, which I do appreciate. - Adjusting the recline: the recline is manual and baby needs to be OUT of the stroller to properly return the seat to sitting position. recline is via an adjustable slider buckle to tighten/shorten the straps (for seated) or to release/lengthen the straps (for recline). I didn't look into this carefully during my stroller research, because I foolishly assumed a "button" to adjust the recline was standard - apparently not. This manual recline mechanism is a pain IMO, and I could see it being clunky if I try to recline the seat while baby is sleeping. But, the stroller ticks so many of the other boxes I'm looking for, I think I can live with this.  - Some of the straps, loops, hooks on the back of the stroller are a bit confusing / not intuitive and seem to hang off. I need to re-check the manual to make sure I have everything where it should be, but I can't tell if these features are useful enough to merit the bulk or if it's more of a pain.  For context, I researched 11 different stroller options. In the end, our top contenders to the Colugo Compact were: Joolz Aer+ (~$360) Ergobaby Metro Plus (~$200) Baby Jogger City Tour 2 (~$170)

I did a lot of research and shopping before deciding on this stroller and company! I love how compact and light weight it is. I’m only 5’1” so it’s harder for me to open it but not to the stroller’s fault. I’m still figuring out all the features. I love the extra’s that it comes with though compared to the other companies where you have to buy all of those things separately!

This is such a great city stroller! We recently moved to Philly without a car and bought this stroller after considering some of the more expensive compacts. We love our Colugo stroller! One of the biggest pros for me are the fact that it can hold a lot in the basket and hanging from the handle. I can carry 3 full reusable grocery bags on this thing with my nearly one year old no problem. I also like the rain shield that comes with it and how it's easy to keep it on there for just in case it starts raining. The easy and compact one-hand fold is great. In the photos you can see it fitting in the overhead luggage compartment on an Amtrak train. I love how narrow the stroller is. We take it on the buses here with our baby in it and because it's narrow, we're able to tuck it in so that people can still get past without having to take the baby out and fold it. Similarly, we've taken it through some narrow stores/restaurants or crowded areas that I can't imagine trying to navigate with a larger stroller. It's nice to fold it up in a crowded restaurant to get it out of the way. Our baby seems comfy in it (and has taken some long naps in it on the go) and our large 3 year old even rides in it sometimes without issue. It's light enough to lift up the stairs bringing in in with our baby. It doesn't take the bumps of uneven sidewalks as well as a big jogger but it does alright and is easy to pop up the curb once you get used to it. All-in-all, I highly recommend it and am so glad that we bought it!

I absolutely love the stroller. I had the QB and definitely this one is so much easier to open and close. It is a bit heavier but it’s such a smooth ride, so easy to maneuver. I would definitely recommend.

Since our son outgrew his Doona we have been on the hunt for a new stroller. I had heard about this stroller from social media pages and finally decided to purchase. I’m so glad we did! It is so easy to use and I love how it looks.
