“Absolutely love these little strips. Now I can wear false lashes and they look great! Only complaint is when putting eyeshadow on the strips (even with primer) really do not take the color well. If you use a shade close to your skin tone then it is less noticeable.”

We recommend using the COLORSET All-In-One Pencil over the eyelids and strip to create one smooth surface before applying your makeup.
I would be happy to share some tips on the application of the Primer Pencil.
First be sure to place your LIDS BY DESIGN strips to the eyelid. The COLORSET is oil-free, so use the warmth of your skin to melt the pencil when applying onto your fingers, or your skin. Apply to the strips as much as you would prefer, be sure to blend. When we don’t use the COLORSET to blend, shadows can adhere to the strip differently than the skin, showing the strip to be visible. Apply any makeup as usual (matte eyeshadows work best), be sure to start at the edges of the strip. The COLORSET is designed to help your shadow pigments pop, be more resistant to water, and seal the edges of your strip for all day use.
