I have very hooded eyelids and my eyes look uneven. It's especially apparent when I'm tired. I've tried a number of sizes of Lids by Design, and they are incredibly effective at lifting the skin and making me look more alert and less...mmm...down. They're easy to use, stay on all day, and I like that I can use a different size for each eye to even them out. I'm very happy with these - it's a great option to have if you don't want to get blepharoplasty surgery.

Oh my goodness! I am SO impressed by this eyelid tape! I ordered the 8mm... and received the 5mm as a bonus sample! Tried the 5mm first, and they are FABULOUS! I also love the 8mm! I thought these would be tricky to apply, but they are much easier to use than expected! I purchased the prep cleaning pads, and the steel tweezers as recommended. Easy to use, and FABULOUS results! As someone who is afraid of the knife, I am so glad I found these! Will definitely continue to purchase! Thank you for such an excellent product!

They do drastically improve the eye lid fold but are very challenging to get the correct placement. For all day wear, they don’t seem to hold up as well as when first putting them on. No matter how or where I put them on, I can still see them. I don’t wear eye shadow so this is a big deal for me. I also can’t place them with just one hand which leaves me having to touch the other corner and then it just seems to not want to stick!

Hello Tracy, Remember, placement may take practice. We recommend using our Eyelid Prep Pads to prepare the skin for LIDS BY DESIGN so you can practice placing up to 3x. If you do not get your ideal placement on the first try, simply remove the correcting strip and reposition as needed. Once you have found the perfect placement, remove the practice strip and replace it with a fresh strip for all-day wear!

Have not found the right feel for putting on the lids. Will keep trying. I will let you know how it goes.

Hello Barbara, Although the strips are not reusable, you can use one that's been improperly placed over again as a practice strip until you find your perfect placement! Remember they will not be transparent or sticky but you can still find placement with them. When you find your sweet spot, put a fresh one in that location! I will also include our youtube video on the application process :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xQH7pUCRTIY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PAJCnUTDnN4

Lids by Design make a big difference in the way my eyes look, they give a lift to the eyes, a youthful look, I would rather not be without them.

The tapes did lift the eye which I was thrilled with. I have very oily skin and find they get itchy after 5-6 hours of wear and start to irritate me. Also, no matter how much I put pressure on them and hold they are still visible. I stopped wearing them for a period of time for this reason and have been wearing them sporadically since. I like they way they lift the eye lids but I feel very self conscious when I have to look down. The oil in my skin prevents me from wearing any type of make up over them.

Hello Karen, This experience is usually an indication that the size you selected was too large for your eye. Another sign of this is that looking up is uncomfortable. Try going down a size or two. Once you find the correct size and placement, it should be extremely comfortable and unnoticeable on the eye! Still confused about which size to get? Try our Discovery Kit and you can try every size!
