“I absolutely love the Lids by Design cosmetic strips and wear them daily. I have tried several of the widths and found that I use two different ones because my right lid is heavier than my left. Watch the videos and give yourself time to find the best placement. I have found that I need to bring the strip down toward the outside corner because my eyes are not very wide. But, if I bring it down too much, then the strip appears puckered along the bottom edge. The other thing to take your time with is eye make-up, if you wear eyeshadow. After spending years trying to make my hooded eyes appear more open, make-up application is quite different with the strips. While I have not had success with the Transforming Shadow Base, my regular concealer works well as long as I use a finger to apply matte shadows. I have not found a product that holds shimmer eyeshadow to the strip.”
