I tried the 3mm and they just don’t work for me. Too much skin!! I now have the 7mm and they are much better. They are not easy to place despite lots of practice because I need to be below the fat pad and high enough not to be seen and I also need to use a 10x magnifying lens because otherwise it is all a blur! Yes I do sometimes wear contacts but not every day. There is no question they do help but I do wish they were easier to place!”
