Thank your so much for your review! I'm so sorry to hear you received your packaged damaged. A great tip for transparency is that you always want to make sure you are applying LIDS BY DESIGN to a clean, dry eyelid free from oils, moisturizers, and makeup. Doing this will help achieve the perfect bond between the eyelid and the strip will become invisible. Instead of patting the strips down, the key is to press and hold until the strips become translucent! “I love that you have different sizes to be able to see which one fits your eyes. My only problem is getting the very ends on both sides to stick so that you do not noticed that you have some thing stuck on your eye. What’s the trick?”

Remember, it is very important that you press and hold the strip to the eye, especially the corners, for several seconds to ensure a strong bond. If the corners are still lifting, try gently exfoliating the eyelid as the strip is likely sticking to dead skin and therefore lifting without a good bond. We recommend using our Eyelid Prep Pads to prepare the skin for LIDS BY DESIGN as it gently exfoliates and removes dirt from the eyelid.
