There are a couple of reasons why this may be happening: (1) you may have applied the strip by swiping across it rather than pressing and holding, the more you press the more it blends with the skin tone (2) the skin may not be fully dry or clean (no oils, makeups, or moisturizers) when applying the strip! We recommend using our Eyelid Prep Pads to prepare the skin optimally for LIDS BY DESIGN.
For makeup we recommend using our new product "Transforming Shadow Base" it is designed to extend and deepen shadow pigments.
