“I really like the product and once it’s “in place” it definitely works. However the verbiage eye fold is difficult to understand. Still working on it!”
Hello Laura,
Thank you for contacting us directly.
I see you ordered the assortment pack.
There are 4 sizes in the assortment pack.
Are you experiencing difficulties with all the sizes, or just certain sizes.
A lot of times if you are experiencing these difficulties, it could be due to the size.
Here are some application process:
You want to make sure that your eyelid is clean and free of any oils or lotions before starting the application process.
We provide a starter tool to use as tweezer to be able to lift the strip from the plastic, however, if you find that you are not successful in grabbing the strip without damaging it, and have not purchased our needle nose tweezers, we recommend using a pair of clean tweezers that you have at home to be able to lift the edge end of the strip carefully. Please do not lift the strip with your fingers, as our hands have oils on them. When lifting the strip from the plastic, please make sure you are not pulling, but rather gently lifting.
Once you identify the right placement for the strip (the fold of the eyelid where the skin is sagging) you will want to lift the eye, and place the strip over that fold.
After the strip is placed, please make sure to use the "press and hold" technique, rather than swiping across. This will ensure that the strip is bonded and translucent.
If you decide that you would like to wear eyeshadow, you are welcome to do so once the strip is properly placed, however, we recommend using non-mineral oil based primer on top of the strip before applying your eyeshadow to ensure that the eyeshadow applies to the strip.
I will also include our youtube video on the application process :)

“First-time user with various sizes finding that proper placement is very tricky. Having to close one eye and leave eyeglasses off for the open eye requires an ultra-magnified mirror in a stand and good lighting! Dexterity and willingness to practice is also necessary. Each of my eyes has differing levels of droopiness, and placement and size of product is so particular to each. Results are phenomenal improvement, but time investment is more than I can usually do. Hopefully practice will make perfect.”
