“I used to love this chocolate chip cookie mix, but something has changed—possibly the recipe or production process. This time, the mix was very dry, and before preparing, I noticed it had hardened in transit, making me question its storage and freshness. Additionally, I ordered several boxes for Christmas, but they never shipped. Customer service refused to reship until January, nearly three weeks after my original order. I’ve heard the company was sold, and I wonder if that explains the decline in quality and service. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering again and would caution others to be aware of these issues.”
