“First, let me say that I have purchased this product MANY times and have never had a bad experience UNTIL NOW. My order was delivered warm and mushy. I emailed 3 times (first to ask if it was still edible, then just to TELL someone. Got NO RESPONSE. No phone contact listed on website, so I guess I’m just out $80 and am afraid to order from DO again. Very sad”

“Terrible Al customer service. Requested specific date for delivery. Shipped 2 weeks early without any communication. Just showed up. Since unexpected, went bad on front porch. Emailed, messaged, etc no response. Not a fan”

“I don't buy this for myself, but for my daughter. She used to like Deaux, but one time I was unable to get her flavors, so shopped around and found DO. She LOVES this! I can also say the customer service is great- the last time I ordered for her (As a comfort food this time, due to one of life's curve balls), well I didn't know she was about to leave state. I contacted customer service and asked if they could reroute to a different address...they got it to her at the new address with no issue.”
